However, we have suspended our operations with others who broker goods. We will not be entering into any additional agreements with other brokers, nor accepting goods they have located.
We currently only work with actual Sellers & Buyers (see Definitions).
If you are not an actual Seller or Buyer,
please do not contact us with your "offers".

DEFINITIONS:

SELLER: A Person, or Company and its employees as defined by the IRS, who legally owns and has actual possession of the goods with no liens or encumbrances of any kind.

BUYER: The Person, or Company and its employees as defined by the IRS, who actually pays for and takes full legal possession of goods.

You may be subject to providing verifiable references unless you are a Nationally Recognized Company. This is not to be construed as discriminatory since Nationally Recognized Companies are easily verifiable through our normal means.
